- How is billing handled?
- Subscriptions run through Stripe Checkout. You can manage or cancel your plan anytime from the billing portal on shadowraid.app/account.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes. Annual plans bill once per year at a discount; you can change cadence from the billing portal.
- Is there a free option?
- Yes — a free web account with limited analysis, plus the local-first desktop download. Upgrade only when you need more.
