Questions, answered plainly
- Is ShadowRaid a bot or auto-farmer?
- No. ShadowRaid is a planning and build-management app. It helps you decide what to build and preview changes; it is not marketed or sold as a bot, macro, or unattended farmer.
- Do you need my Plarium login?
- Never. ShadowRaid does not ask for, store, or transmit your game credentials. It reads account data locally on the same PC where you already play.
- Where does my account data live?
- On your machine. Raw roster and gear data stay local by default. Optional cloud features only ever use data you explicitly choose to send.
- Could using a third-party tool affect my account?
- Possibly. Any third-party tool may conflict with the game's Terms of Use, and you accept that risk. ShadowRaid makes no ban-proof or official-status claims.
- What platforms are supported?
- Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit), alongside the Plarium Play PC client. See the download page for full system requirements.
