These terms govern your use of ShadowRaid, a product of Reliquary. This is a pre-launch draft and will be finalized with counsel before public release. By using ShadowRaid you agree to the final published terms.
What ShadowRaid is
ShadowRaid is an independent, third-party account planning and build-management tool for RAID: Shadow Legends. It is an advisory and planning product. It is not a bot, macro, cheat, or account-management/login service.
Third-party game terms & your responsibility
- ShadowRaid is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Plarium Games Ltd. RAID: Shadow Legends is a trademark of Plarium.
- You are responsible for complying with Plarium and RAID: Shadow Legends Terms of Use. Use of any third-party tool may violate those terms — you accept that risk.
- ShadowRaid never asks for or handles your Plarium login credentials, and makes no ban-proof or official-status claims.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse ShadowRaid, attempt to resell or redistribute it without authorization, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cadence you select. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal. See the refund policy for cancellation and refund details.
Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability
ShadowRaid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliquary is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken against your game account by the game publisher.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date and, where appropriate, in-app or email notice.
