Installing & getting started
Install the desktop app
Run the ShadowRaid installer and launch the app. It starts a local service in the background — no terminal or command line required.
Connect to the game
Open RAID: Shadow Legends via Plarium Play and log in as usual. ShadowRaid reads your account locally; it never handles your Plarium credentials.
Pair your subscription (optional)
For paid features, pair the desktop app with your web account using a one-time code. See the pairing guide for the full flow.
Troubleshooting
- The app says the game isn't connected
- Open RAID: Shadow Legends through Plarium Play and finish logging in, then use Repair connection in ShadowRaid. Planning features still work offline.
- ShadowRaid isn't running
- Restart the app. The local service launches automatically; if a screen looks stuck, fully close and reopen ShadowRaid.
- I need to share details with support
- Use Settings → Diagnostics → Export. It produces safe metadata only — never your credentials, roster, or private data.
