Refund policy

We want you to be confident in ShadowRaid. This draft policy describes how cancellations and refunds work and will be finalized before public paid checkout opens.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund of that charge.

Cancellations

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

One-time purchases

One-time purchases, such as an Account Audit, are refundable before the analysis is delivered. Once delivered, they are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email support@shadowraid.app from the address on your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
