Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026 (draft)
Reliquary builds ShadowRaid to be local-first. This policy explains what data we do and do not collect. It is a pre-launch draft and will be finalized with counsel before public release.
Data that stays on your device
Your raw RAID: Shadow Legends account data — roster, gear, resources, saved builds, and operation history — is read and stored locally on your PC by default. We do not upload it, and it is not required for any local planning feature.
Credentials we never touch
ShadowRaid does not ask for, receive, store, or transmit your Plarium or RAID: Shadow Legends login credentials. We are not a login or account-management service.
Data processed in the cloud (only with your action)
- Account email and authentication records for your web account.
- Subscription and entitlement status from our payment processor.
- Content you explicitly choose to upload — for example, an Account Readout submitted for cloud analysis. Job payloads are deleted after processing.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Diagnostics & telemetry
Diagnostics exports contain safe metadata only and are generated on demand by you. Any product telemetry is opt-in and never includes your roster or credentials.
Your choices
You can request access to, export, or deletion of cloud-stored account data by contacting support@shadowraid.app. Local data can be removed by uninstalling the app and deleting its local data folder.
